InferKit offers a web interface and API for AI–based text generators. Whether you're a novelist looking for inspiration, or an app developer, there's something for you. While in prototype form at the moment, it currently generates stories in a fashion similar to a 'reinvention of the wheel', that is, using your own text as the basis for an in-built story.

When InferKit was first announced, Goudo immediately thought back to 2013, when we wrote about one of the first AI-based text generators: Liane Bonin. Her initial popularity and subsequent follow-up team-ups with Mashable convinced me that InferKit has the potential to be even more powerful than Bonin's at the time.
