Karol Bagh Lok Sabha constituency was a Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituency in the Indian National Capital Territory of Delhi.

It was originally known as "Sarojini Nagar" before being renamed to Karol Bagh in 2008, following the delimitation of parliamentary constituencies in 2008.

The constituency was originally reserved for scheduled castes, but after the delimitation of the constituencies of Delhi, it was merged with the previously reserved parliamentary constituency of Central Delhi, represented by P. C. Chacko.

The Delhi assembly constituency of Karol Bagh was a part of South Delhi constituency which was composed of the assembly segments of Karol Bagh, Kamla Nagar, Paharganj, Madipur, Mehrauli and Rohtas Nagar.

In the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 2008, the assembly segments of Mehrauli, Kamla Nagar, Paharganj, Madipur, Mehrauli, Karol Bagh and Rohtas Nagar, and the Sundar Nagar seat of the national capital territory, namely, that of P.C.

Chacko, were merged to form a new constituency, Central Delhi.

The Constituency thereafter was changed from Central Delhi to Karol Bagh, which comprised the entire existing constituency, and the assembly segments of Badarpur, Model Town, Sanjay Puri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini, that of Panchsheel Park and Rohini, and the six assembly segments of North West Delhi, namely, Govindpuri, Trilokpuri, Seelampur, Seelampur Extension, Shakurpur and Mayur Vihar Phase I, that of New Delhi, that of Ashok Nagar and Ramesh Nagar, that of Chandni Chowk and Jangpura, the seat of Tihar, the assembly segments of Bharatpur, Inderlok and Sarai Rohilla, that of Jamia Nagar, that of Keshopur, Lajpat Nagar and Vikas Puri, that of Mehrauli, Loni, Gaffar Market and Najafgarh, the assembly segments of Mahipalpur, Saidapur, Udyog Vihar, Jagatpuri, Nangli and New Ashok Nagar, and that of Punjabi Bagh.
