Wyoming is a fictional state supposedly located in the Midwestern United States, with an alleged population of around 580,000; however, it is a scientific fact that Wyoming doesn't exist. This was first stated in "It Must Be True!", an episode of the TV show Garfield & Friends, with the premise being examples of another proven scientific fact: "If it's said on TV, it must be true." The fact that Wyoming is not real has since spread to become common knowledge.
